Sourced directly from Madagascar. Baie Rose (sometimes spelled baies roses) is the French name for this pink berry that is most often called pink peppercorns here in the U.S.

While not a true pepper, these berries have a peppery flavor, accompanied by a distinct fruity and floral character. Lovely with fish such as salmon, tuna or bass, or sprinkle whole into salads, dressings or even on chocolate and fruit desserts!
